FAQs
For personal coaching we typically offer a series of eight sessions over a three to six month period. There is, of course, an option to extend. If you are looking for a more scalable coaching solution for your organisation, please reach out to us directly and we will work with you on a bespoke solution. As always, if you have any questions, we are more than happy to help.
Our individual coaching sessions typically last 60 minutes. However, we usually recommend that you block 120 minutes in your calendar to better absorb and reflect on the coaching conversation. After all, this is your time, your personal investment and we want to make sure you get the most out of it.
We have a global team of experienced coaches who are located in Europe, the US and Asia. Thus, we are able to work with our clients independent of location or time zone. All of our sessions are conducted over Video Conferencing (i.e.Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex) and are in English. Face to face meetings can be arranged by appointment.
Our coaching packages are charged in advance with multiple payment methods (Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, wire transfer) and are subject to VAT where applicable.
To ensure there is a chemistry and an understanding of expectations between coach and client, a complimentary call is available to all prospective clients. We also provide some reflection materials and an intake form – that way, we both have an agreed diving off point from which to start our sessions. If you already have a specific goal in mind or know the general direction you want to take, that’s great – if you don’t, we will explore it together and define a clear path forward.
Because life sometimes happens irrespective of your plans, sessions can be rescheduled at no extra charge. We kindly ask for 24 hours notice to ensure we can accommodate your request, but as always, we are there to help and there when you need us.
