Executive & Leadership Development Coach

Hi, I’m Yesim Gozen. I’m an Executive and Leadership Coach with a strong foundation in corporate leadership and a deep appreciation for cultural diversity. Over two decades, I held Sales and Strategy leadership roles at global organizations like Google, Microsoft, and Oracle. My journey has also been enriched by living and working in three countries—my hometown Istanbul, Dublin, and London—and collaborating with multicultural teams across the globe.

What truly inspired me to pursue coaching is my deep empathy for individuals who are unable to fully unlock their potential—or are even unaware of it—due to limiting beliefs, certain upbringings, or self-doubt. I’m passionate about helping people overcome these barriers and discover the incredible possibilities within themselves.

This personal calling led me to train professionally at INSEAD’s prestigious Coaching Programme (ICC), where I honed the skills to support leaders in achieving transformative growth. Today, I combine my corporate experience, cultural richness, coaching expertise, and dedication to human potential to empower others to thrive in their personal and professional journeys.
